*Many students have asked GNSA to offer a study forum on the GNSA discussion board since the WebCT discussion board has been removed.  This option has been presented to the faculty who will discuss it and vote on it in the faculty meeting.  GNSA will not provide a study forum until a decision is rendered by the faculty.  GNSA will support any faculty decision and not participate in deceptive behavior by undermining faculty choices.

     Check out the GNSA Calendar!
     We have just completed the update of the calendar.  Information about conferences,
      conventions, and other activities are on the calendar.  

      There is a GNSA meeting scheduled for October 20th, at 12:30pm - or immediately
               following class in room T-312.  The purpose of this meeting is for the freshmen GNSA
               members to vote for the position of Freshman Class Rep.  

     MENTORING PROGRAM: Click here to complete the application to either be a mentor or to
               have a Sophomore mentor teamed up with you.

GNSA Purpose

     The purpose of GNSA as an organization is to:
          1. Assume the responsibility for contribution to nursing education in order
          to provide for the highest quality of health care.

          2. Provide programs representative of fundamental and current professional
          interest and concerns.

          3. Aid in the development of the whole person, his/her responsibility for the
          health care of people in all walks of life, and his/her professional role
